Responsibilities

Leadership and Strategy

  • Develop and execute comprehensive quality assurance strategies to ensure high-quality game releases.
  • Lead a team of QA professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive excellence in quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality issues early in the development cycle.

Quality Assurance and Process Improvement

  • Design and implement effective QA processes and best practices to ensure high-quality game releases.
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics, such as defect density and defect leakage, to measure QA performance.
  • Stay up-to-date on QA methodologies and technologies to drive innovation and improvement.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in QA, with at least 4 years in a managerial or lead role.
  • Delivered at least one AAA title from pre-production to launch.
  • Experience with QA methodologies and tooling.
  • Passion for gaming and understanding of game development processes.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) is optional.
