Job Title: Helpdesk Senior Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Helpdesk Senior Manager to join our team in Burnaby-Prince George, Victoria, and Kelowna, British Columbia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing direct supervision to a large team of operational, production, sales, service or administrative team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and recommendations that drive results to improve business processes and client service delivery.
  • Manage the coordination of activities of a section or group with responsibility for results in terms of costs, methods, and team members.
  • Lead cross-functional projects or processes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
