Job Title: Helpdesk Senior Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Helpdesk Senior Manager to join our team in Burnaby-Prince George, Victoria, and Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada. As a Helpdesk Senior Manager, you will be responsible for providing direct supervision to a large team of operational, production, sales, service, or administrative team members, or a small staff of professional-level team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and recommendations that drive results to improve business processes and client service delivery.
  • Manage the coordination of activities of a section or group with responsibility for results in terms of costs, methods, and team members.
  • Lead cross-functional projects or processes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Identify and address areas for improvement in business processes and client service delivery.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
