SALES ASSOCIATE

Northern Reflections is seeking a skilled Sales Associate to contribute to the success of our store team. As a Sales Associate, you will be accountable for achieving daily sales results and delivering exceptional customer service while adhering to our Fundamental Selling Skills program and meeting key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed daily sales goals and key performance indicators
  • Utilize Fundamental Selling Skills to provide an outstanding customer experience
  • Deliver customer service standards, ensuring an excellent customer experience at all times
  • Promote campaign goals and sell Northern as a brand
  • Process customer purchases quickly and accurately at the cash register
  • Demonstrate open, respectful, and courteous communication
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Follow company directives and initiatives and work in a safe and secure manner
  • Assist in store visual layouts and maintain visual standards
  • Assist in product preparation and ensure a neat, clean, and well-presented store

Requirements:

  • Retail sales/customer service experience in a specialty store, preferably apparel
  • Proven ability to attain or exceed sales goals (KPIs)
  • Passion for fashion and ability to build outfits for customers
  • Demonstrate initiative and work well with a productive team
  • Flexible and able to work flexible hours to match business needs, including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to adapt to customer and store team needs
  • Build relationships, trust, and loyalty
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with confidence
