We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Executive Inn Hotel. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Supervise and train a team of staff to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive a warm and welcoming experience, addressing any concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, and direct the daily operations of the restaurant, including menu planning, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities to increase revenue and improve profitability, working closely with the hotel management team to implement new initiatives and strategies.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all health and safety regulations, as well as provincial/territorial liquor legislation, are adhered to at all times.
- Community Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with local communities, indigenous organizations, and businesses to promote the hotel's services and support local economic growth.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week
