- Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
- Team Coordination: Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
- Financial Management: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
- Policy Development: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs to drive business success.
- Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
- Staff Selection: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate the necessary authority, and create optimum working conditions.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload.
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Excellent Communication: Possess excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Interpersonal Awareness: Demonstrate strong interpersonal awareness and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Team Player: Be a team player with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a senior management role.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
