Job Title: Executive Director

New 5 Electrical Inc. is seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our organization in achieving its strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
  • Lead the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions to ensure effective operations.
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to achieve organizational goals.
  • Establish financial and administrative controls to ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to drive business success.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a senior leadership role.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Interpersonal awareness and team player skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Work Environment:

English is the primary language of communication in this role.

Hours of Work:

35 hours per week.
