Job Title: Executive Director

New 5 Electrical Inc. is seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our organization in achieving its strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
  • Lead the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions to ensure effective operations.
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to achieve organizational goals.
  • Establish financial and administrative controls to ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Formulate and approve promotional campaigns to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Approve overall human resources planning to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, or other executive staff to drive business success.
Requirements:
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.
  • Interpersonal awareness and team player skills to build strong relationships with colleagues and partners.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks to achieve organizational objectives.
Work Environment:

New 5 Electrical Inc. offers a permanent position with 35 hours of work per week in a dynamic and challenging environment.
