Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Executive Director of Logistics and Operations to lead our trucking company's operations and logistics teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transportation management and a proven track record of success in implementing organizational policies and programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Establish financial and administrative controls
  • Formulate and approve promotional campaigns
  • Approve overall human resources planning
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience an asset
  • Excellent oral communication
  • Excellent written communication
  • Interpersonal awareness
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 35 hours per week
