Senior Manager, Enterprise HR Communications Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager, Enterprise HR Communications to join our team. As a key member of our HR Communications function, you will play a critical role in driving strategic communications that support our organization's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive communications plans to engage employees and stakeholders on key HR initiatives and programs.
- Provide expert communications guidance and support to HR stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute internal and external communications campaigns that drive business results.
- Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, employees, and external partners.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in HR communications, applying this knowledge to inform and enhance our communications strategies.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in HR communications, with a strong background in strategic communications and stakeholder engagement.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective communications plans that drive business results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences and channels.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
