Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our food service team at Tim Horton's. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all food safety and sanitation procedures are followed.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as provide ongoing coaching and feedback to improve performance.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing regular reports to management.
  • Prepare and submit reports on food sales, customer feedback, and other key performance indicators.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, kneel, and walk.
