Meta is seeking an exceptional consultative sales professional to join our team as a Client Partner. In this role, you will inherit an existing portfolio of accounts and be tasked with nurturing relationships with our top advertising partners and their agencies.
Key Responsibilities:- Foster and strengthen customer relationships, with a focus on revenue growth and client satisfaction.
- Formulate and deliver account and sub-vertical plans, accurately reporting results, insights, revenue, and impact across a portfolio of existing clients.
- Clearly communicate the progress of strategic initiatives to internal and external stakeholders, synthesizing feedback and adjusting plans accordingly.
- Identify and effectively communicate industry, consumer, and partner-specific trends to influence Meta's future business strategies.
- Activate and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet clients' business objectives.
- Take the lead on strategic initiatives that scale across other verticals and regions globally.
- Serve as the escalation point for client-related issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
- Represent Meta at company, client, and industry events.
- 8+ years of experience working within advertising, digital media, and/or enterprise sales.
- Strong communication and presentation skills at all levels of an organization.
- Analytical skills, with experience crafting and delivering powerful stories using data.
- Demonstrable ability to structure, negotiate, and maintain complex strategic relationships that deliver revenue growth.
- Experience thriving in a dynamic, collaborative, fast-moving, and ambiguous environment.
- Ability to travel within Canada for in-person client meetings and industry events.
- Experience inspiring, supporting, and motivating cross-functional teams without relying on formal authority.
- Experience influencing decision makers and nurturing long-term senior relationships.
- Prior sales experience within the Financial Services industry, and an established network of senior-level contacts.
- Agency sales experience, and/or a demonstrable track record of generating revenue growth within a complex, demanding portfolio of accounts.
Meta offers a competitive salary range of CA$140,000 to CA$184,000 per year, plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
