Job Title: Senior Functional Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Functional Analyst to join our team at ICBC. As a key member of our IS Core Business Solutions team, you will play a critical role in supporting SAP SuccessFactors Time, Payroll, and Compensation modules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the enhancement of SuccessFactors Time and Payroll solutions to meet new business requirements
  • Collaborate with team members to design and implement technical solutions
  • Coordinate delivery and support work across HR, IT, and QA teams
  • Mentor and cross-train team members
  • Document functional and technical solutions, test artifacts, and service introduction plans
Requirements:
  • Experience with system analysis, design, and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Time and Payroll modules for Canadian payroll
  • Knowledge of Payroll Control Centre configuration, management, and execution
  • Previous experience with SAP ECC 6.0 HCM Payroll
  • Deep understanding of Canadian payroll tax rules and regulations
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve functional issues between SuccessFactors Time and Payroll modules and workforce management systems

Work Arrangements:
  • Resident: work at primary in-office headquarters on all scheduled workdays
  • Hybrid 8: work a minimum of 8 days per month at primary in-office headquarters and remotely within British Columbia
  • Hybrid 10: work a minimum of 10 days per month at primary in-office headquarters and remotely within British Columbia
  • Mobile: work remotely or in the field on scheduled workdays within British Columbia
