Job Title: Senior Functional Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Functional Analyst to join our team at ICBC. As a Senior Functional Analyst, you will play a key role in leading the enhancement of our SAP SuccessFactors Time and Payroll solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of new business requirements for our SuccessFactors Time and Payroll modules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver technical solutions that meet business needs.
  • Provide expert-level support for our SAP SuccessFactors Time and Payroll modules, including configuration, management, and execution.
  • Mentor and train team members on new technologies and processes.
  • Document functional and technical solutions, test artifacts, and service introduction plans.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors Time and Payroll modules, including configuration, management, and execution.
  • Deep understanding of Canadian payroll tax rules and regulations.
  • Experience with Payroll Control Centre configuration, management, and execution.
  • Previous experience with SAP ECC 6.0 HCM Payroll.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
