Job Title: Senior Functional Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Functional Analyst to join our team at ICBC. As a Senior Functional Analyst, you will be responsible for leading the enhancement of the SuccessFactors Time and Payroll solutions in support of new business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the delivery of assigned tasks/projects to ensure successful completion on-time, on-budget, and within the agreed-upon scope.
  • Design technical solutions in alignment with corporate standards and guidelines.
  • Mentor and cross-train team members.
  • Document functional and technical solutions, test artifacts, service introduction, and communication/change management plans.
Requirements:
  • Experience with system analysis, design, and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Time and Payroll modules for Canadian payroll.
  • Experience with Payroll Control Centre configuration, management, and execution.
  • Previous experience with SAP ECC 6.0 HCM Payroll.
  • Deep understanding of Canadian payroll Tax rules and regulations.
