Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of new business requirements for our SuccessFactors Time and Payroll modules.

  • Mentor and train team members on new technologies and processes.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors Time and Payroll modules, including configuration, management, and execution.
  • Deep understanding of Canadian payroll tax rules and regulations.
  • Experience with Payroll Control Centre configuration, management, and execution.
  • Previous experience with SAP ECC 6.0 HCM Payroll.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
