Job Title: Commercial Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Account Manager to join our team at HUB International Canada West ULC (Canada West). As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our commercial clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure new clients
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and business performance
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriting, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and business decisions
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in commercial insurance sales or a related field
  • Proven track record of sales success and revenue growth
  • Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and services
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, marketing, or a related field an asset
