  • Work with the technical team to design solutions that meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Ensure clear and effective communication between business and IT stakeholders.
  • Assist in the troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • Bi-Lingual (English/French)
  • Experience working with developers and engineers on IT Projects
  • Ability to solve technical problems and understand complex details
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies and work-item management systems such as Jira.
  • Experience with database management and SQL
  • Experience in Credit Restructuring or Insolvency is a plus
