This is a permanent, on-site position with excellent benefits.

Job Description

This role requires a highly skilled individual with at least 5-7 years of experience in similar positions, preferably in a manufacturing environment. As a Senior ERP Business Analyst, you will be responsible for leading the company's ERP optimization projects and providing leadership in the digital transformation of processes. Your primary objective will be to support the company's technology strategy by implementing continuous improvement projects and interventions aimed at achieving expected results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders (Management, Sales, Finance, and Manufacturing Operations) and external partners (ERP Consultants).
  • Define, propose, and implement ERP system and information technology improvement projects in a manufacturing environment.
  • Lead the implementation of projects by developing clear specifications, defining objectives, deliverables, and milestones.
  • Establish a project governance structure, including detailed planning, meeting tracking, committee decisions, budget management, and issue and risk monitoring.

Other Responsibilities include: conducting opportunity studies, delivering technological solutions within allotted deadlines, participating in the selection of external partners, serving as a liaison between external partners and internal teams, and communicating internal change notices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess advanced expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, etc.), knowledge of BI reporting tools, and professional certification in project management (PMP, Agile). Additionally, you should have mastery of organizational process analysis methods and information systems concepts, good knowledge of the manufacturing sector, analytical skills, synthesis skills, and ability to popularize IT changes.

You must also possess excellent interpersonal skills, including listening skills, initiative, and autonomy, as well as functional mastery of French and English, both spoken and written.
