Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Associate to join our team at BMO. As an Investment Associate, you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing personalized investment advice, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
  • Provide exceptional client service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with senior investment professionals to develop and implement investment plans that meet client needs and goals.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to enhance client relationships and drive business growth.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and support to clients.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in investment management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of investment products and services, including portfolio construction and management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and expanding client relationships.
  • Registration as a Registered Representative (RR) and completion of the CIRO Continuing Education Program.
