- Perform routine financial transactions, including buying and selling securities, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Process client deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and conversions, and maintain accurate records.

- Produce portfolio management reports and maintain accurate records.
- Manage client administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements, and preparing meeting materials.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and risk management policies.
Our Portfolio Management team at Banque Nationale is a leading player in the Canadian investment industry, with a team of over 1,000 investment advisors managing assets for over 400,000 clients across 100 branches. As an Associate Portfolio Manager, you will work closely with an investment advisor to deliver exceptional client service and support.
Requirements- Diploma in a related field, such as finance or business.
- 2 years of relevant experience in the financial industry, including banking, insurance, and finance.
- Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or equivalent.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional client service skills.
