Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in patient rounds, assessing patient care and making medical decisions under the supervision of the Attending physician.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, responding to changing patient conditions and collaborating with the care team.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Medical degree from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of two years of postgraduate training in a relevant specialty.
- Eligibility for registration with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
