Housekeeping Room Attendant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and physically fit Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team at Courtyard by Marriott Nanaimo. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring our guest rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained.

Responsibilities:
  • Clean and disinfect guest rooms, including floors, surfaces, and fixtures
  • Restock linens, toiletries, and amenities
  • Respond to guest requests for extra supplies or services
  • Participate in deep cleaning and sanitizing of public areas
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient and effective housekeeping operations
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
