Your role will involve defining and delivering digital products across various platforms, shaping user experiences through concepting, prototyping, service design, information design, and research.

About the Role:

You'll participate in discovery and planning, driving design vision across our product suite. You'll also illustrate and communicate complex design solutions, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
  • Collaborating with product managers, researchers, engineers, and other designers
  • Participating in the creation of process flows and design specifications
  • Mentoring design colleagues and continually elevating our design practice
Requirements:

To succeed as a Senior Product Designer at Neo Financial, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience creating digital products
  • Established experience working on modern and complex experiences
  • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
  • Experience working with design systems is an asset
  • Deep knowledge of synthesizing research to define gaps in usability and customer desires
