Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet business demands
  • Source and manage food and kitchen supplies to ensure quality and consistency
  • Lead and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, providing guidance on food preparation, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Train staff on job duties, menu knowledge, and customer service standards
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure food and service meet our high standards
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance
  • Collaborate with chefs to prepare food order summaries and ensure timely delivery

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced food service environment
  • Food Safety Certificate and Safe Food Handling certificate
  • Criminal record check
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks
