Site Quality Control Specialist

At BOT MANAGEMENT SERVICES LTD, we are seeking a Site Quality Control Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Examine plans, drawings and site layouts to ensure compliance with specifications and building codes.
- Inspect construction of building and engineering construction to identify any defects or hazards.
- Evaluate electrical and plumbing installations to ensure they meet government regulations.
- Inspect sewer systems and pipelines for damage or defects.
- Ensure safe working conditions are maintained on-site.
- Inspect existing buildings for structural defects and fire hazards.

What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and development.
Requirements:
- Degree in a relevant field such as construction management, engineering or architecture.
- 2 years' experience in a related role.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
