About Fourmark Manufacturing Inc.


We are a leading manufacturer of high-quality plastic products, and we are seeking an experienced Production Quality Control Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.



Job Description

The successful candidate will have experience in quality control and assurance, with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and procedures. You will be responsible for inspecting products at various stages of production, identifying defects and non-conformities, and implementing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect manufactured plastic products for defects and conformance to specifications and quality standards
  • Prepare reports on products inspected, highlighting any defects or non-conformities
  • Implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences
  • Train or assist in the training of other workers on quality control procedures
  • Affix seal or tags to approved products


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in quality control and assurance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills


Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.



Working Conditions

This is a permanent full-time position, working 35-40 hours per week. The work site environment is noisy and hot.
