About the Role

Adecco Canada is currently recruiting for a Bilingual Administrative Lead to join our team. This is a 12-month onsite contract opportunity with a possibility of extension. The successful candidate must be eligible for a Reliability Security Clearance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Procedures: Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems, devising ways to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and allocate responsibilities to personnel, ensuring maximum productivity and office space utilization.
  • Performance Assessment: Assess staff performance, providing coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Information Flow: Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.
  • Scheduling and Deadlines: Manage schedules and deadlines, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.

Requirements
  • Education: University degree in business administration or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience working as an Administrative/Executive Assistant.
  • Operations Management: Experience in managing operations of a big organization, including financial systems, budgeting, human and physical resources.
  • Technical Skills: Excellent Microsoft skills.
  • Language Proficiency: Spoken and written proficiency in English and French is required.
  • Asset: Knowledge of Workday would be an asset.
