We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual individual to fill the role of Bilingual Program Coordinator with our client, a national not-for-profit organization. This is a full-time permanent opportunity that will start as a six-month contract, offering a competitive hourly wage and benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administration and delivery of an international academic program, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results.
  • Provide support in the areas of applicant screening, document review, and database maintenance, utilizing strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Organize meetings for selection committees, facilitating effective communication and decision-making.
  • Assist with national and international events, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach.
  • Serve as the secondary point of contact for program inquiries, providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Document and report production, including budget reporting for the program, showcasing strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Coordinate travel for team members and recipients, ensuring efficient and safe travel arrangements.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in a relevant discipline, demonstrating a strong foundation in academic principles.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in program administration, showcasing a proven track record of success.
  • Fluency in both English and French, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Eligibility to obtain a federal government security clearance - Enhanced Reliability, ensuring a high level of trust and integrity.
