About the Role

TalentMinded is seeking a seasoned Senior Contract Recruiter to join our team on a 3-month short-term contract. As an embedded recruiter, you will partner with multiple teams to champion the employee value proposition and cultivate a recruitment process centered around enhancing the candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Full-cycle recruitment, managing talent acquisition from hiring manager intake to offer negotiation and onboarding with the candidate.
  • Candidate experience, conducting phone and video interviews with candidates to evaluate their qualifications and maintain open communication.
  • Collaboration, building and nurturing trusting relationships with hiring managers across the organization to understand their needs and support them throughout the recruitment process.
  • Analysis, identifying market and pipeline insights to provide strategic advisory to hiring managers and optimize talent strategies to engage the best candidates.
Requirements
  • End-to-end recruiting experience, working both independently and as part of a team, with a passion for recruitment and a commitment to DEI hiring practices.
  • Business acumen, navigating a complex and matrixed environment, with proficiency in MS Office and an ATS, ideally Pinpoint.
  • Interpersonal skills, professional communication, and the ability to build and foster client and candidate relationships, with negotiation and conflict management skills.
