Job Title: Automotive Service Manager

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager to join our team at Otto's Service Centre Ltd.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for directing and controlling daily operations, evaluating daily operations, planning and organizing daily operations, managing staff and assigning duties, and studying market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors' operations on sales.

  • Determine staffing requirements
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
  • Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers
  • Conduct performance reviews
