Job Summary
The Assistant Manager is a multi-faceted role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales results by analyzing the business and providing best-in-class customer service. You will oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing routines, and drive efficiency in all store processes. You will also leverage your creative expertise through floorset updates, styling recommendations, and product knowledge.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role. You will also need strong problem-solving skills, inclusion and diversity awareness, and the ability to show up in a fast-paced and challenging environment. You will be a self-starter with strong interpersonal and communication skills, a drive to achieve results, and adaptability and flexibility.
