Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Airworthiness Planning Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and updating all aircraft maintenance statuses in AMOS, ensuring maintenance required by the AMP is performed within prescribed time limits, and coordinating maintenance with contracted stations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and update all aircraft maintenance statuses in AMOS
  • Ensure maintenance required by the AMP is performed within prescribed time limits
  • Coordinate maintenance with contracted stations
  • Prepare heavy check maintenance work packages 48 weeks before the start date
  • Acquire, review, and verify completed work packages, and assist clients with outstanding tasks
  • Provide weekly 2-month Parts Consumption Forecast and Aircraft Hour and Cycle Correction Request reports
  • Host meetings with Engineering for additional requirements, such as Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins, or modifications for C checks
  • Perform AMOS configuration and initialization checks for the fleet
  • Prepare Work Packages for aircraft maintenance, including material and manpower
  • Perform root cause analysis to reduce the risk of overruns
  • Update Technical Queries daily in AMOS
  • Conduct Maintenance Program revision peer reviews
  • Provide AMOS and mid-lease reports to clients
  • Assist with testing for the development team
  • Perform quality checks for data migration and aircraft onboarding teams
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent/bachelor's degree in engineering
  • At least 2 years of Aviation experience, especially in Airworthiness Record
  • Strong experience with Maintenance Planning, and/or Maintenance Controlling
  • Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat
  • Knowledge of Maintenance programming, OEM documents, such as AD SB
  • Experience of AMOS is an asset
  • Be flexible to work on the weekend if requested by team lead
