About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Atlas Food Services Ltd. As a key member of our restaurant operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of food service staff, including cooks, servers, and kitchen helpers.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a high level of service quality.
    • Hire and manage food service staff to meet the needs of our restaurant.
  • Operations Management
    • Establish and implement methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient food service delivery.
    • Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to optimize restaurant performance.
    • Prepare and submit reports to management on restaurant operations and performance.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a high level of physical activity.
    • Stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and walk to perform job duties.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in food service management or a related field.
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Physical stamina to perform job duties.
