Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of food service staff, including cooks, servers, and kitchen helpers.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a high level of service quality.
- Hire and manage food service staff to meet the needs of our restaurant.
- Operations Management
- Establish and implement methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient food service delivery.
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to optimize restaurant performance.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on restaurant operations and performance.
- Customer Service
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Work Environment
- Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a physically demanding role.
- Stand for extended periods and perform tasks that require bending, crouching, and kneeling.
- Education and Experience
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in food service management or a related field.

- Restaurant environment with a focus on customer service and quality food delivery.

- Efficient interpersonal skills and a team player attitude.
- Flexibility and initiative to adapt to changing restaurant operations.
