About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Atlas Food Services Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of our food service staff, including cooks, servers, and kitchen helpers, to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop our staff in their job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and customer service skills to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our high quality control standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure that our staff are adequately staffed and that our operations run smoothly.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant environment.
  • Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
