What is the opportunity?
The Royal Bank of Canada is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to join its dynamic advisory team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional and efficient service to clients, advisors, and internal partners. You will be responsible for servicing incoming telephone and email contacts, supporting Investment Advisors with administrative duties, and preparing client reviews and presentations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional and expeditious servicing of incoming telephone and email contacts
- Support Investment Advisors with general administrative duties, including client account management
- Prepare client reviews and presentations
- Request information and documentation from clients to open accounts and maintain client files
- Follow up on client trades to ensure proper settlement and delivery
- Monitor pending transfers to ensure timely completion
Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Demonstrated skills in providing world-class client service
- Bilingualism (English and French) required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the financial services sector
- Ability to work as part of a team
