Fraud Operations Training Facilitator

Scotiabank is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fraud Operations Training Facilitator to join our team in Canada. As a key member of our Knowledge Management Team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality training programs to new hires and existing employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver engaging and effective training programs for Fraud Operations employees, focusing on customer service skills and policy and process knowledge.
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date training materials, including course outlines, presentations, and assessments.
  • Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientation and ongoing coaching and reinforcement of training content.
  • Support the Bank's training evaluation strategy to determine the impact of training and return on investment.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training programs are aligned with Fraud Operations and Bank goals.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in training and development, with a focus on adult learning principles and customer service skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Fraud Operations policies and procedures, as well as banking and finance industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Proficiency in using technology to support training delivery and evaluation.
