We are seeking a skilled and proactive Payroll Specialist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a well-established team dedicated to ensuring smooth and compliant payroll and HR operations.

The successful candidate will oversee the bi-weekly payroll process for both hourly and salaried employees, including managing and reconciling payroll source deductions, such as WSIB, CPP, EI, Income Tax, LTD, and EHT. Additionally, they will conduct regular payroll audits to ensure accuracy and compliance, maintain confidentiality and accuracy of employee files and HRIS data.

This role requires a Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) designation or equivalent experience and education. Experience with benefit administration is also essential. The ideal candidate will have the ability to collaborate with key stakeholders to streamline payroll and HR processes and thrive in a flexible work environment that promotes work-life balance.
