At SKG IMMIGRATION SERVICES INC, we are seeking an experienced Office Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling and confirming appointments, answering telephone calls and relaying messages, and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems.
Key Responsibilities- Scheduling and Coordination
- Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and stakeholders
- Communication
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages to relevant staff members
- Respond to electronic enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Administrative Support
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
Requirements
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
Work Environment
- Permanent position
- 35 hours per week
- English language
