Audielicious Restaurant, Inc. is a dynamic and growing food service company seeking an experienced Senior Culinary Team Member to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our customers.

About the Job

This is a permanent full-time position working 35 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in cooking and possess excellent culinary skills. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, as well as supervising kitchen staff and helpers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cooking and Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet customer expectations.
  • Kitchen Management: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
  • Inventory and Supplies: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure optimal kitchen operations.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and work areas to maintain high standards of food safety and quality.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Culinary Experience: 1-2 years of experience in cooking and food preparation.
  • Culinary Skills: Excellent cooking and food preparation skills, with a focus on Canadian and international cuisine.
  • Kitchen Management: Ability to supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure high standards of food quality and presentation.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
