Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and organized Culinary Team Member to join our team at G&T Restaurants Ltd. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service areas.

Responsibilities
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure they are equipped to prepare and serve food safely and efficiently.
  • Order and manage supplies and equipment to maintain optimal kitchen operations.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Clean and maintain kitchen and work areas to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
  • Recruit and hire staff to support the growth and development of our team.
  • Manage kitchen operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
Work Environment

Our kitchen is a fast-paced environment where you will be working in an urban area, specifically in a fast food outlet or concession.
