Culinary Team Member Job Description

G&T Restaurants Ltd is seeking a skilled Culinary Team Member to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality food is prepared and served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain cleanliness and organization.
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Order supplies and equipment to maintain inventory levels.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient operations.
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Recruit and hire staff to support team growth and development.
  • Manage kitchen operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Permanent employment with 35 to 40 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency.
Work Environment:

Our restaurant is located in an urban area and operates in a fast-paced environment. As a Culinary Team Member, you will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a dynamic team environment.
