We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Sussex Insurance Agency (Crest Plaza) Inc. as an Administrative Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to support our business objectives.
  • Meeting Support: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences to ensure accurate documentation.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Communication: Answer electronic enquiries and respond to requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
  • Information Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure efficient access to information.
Technical Requirements
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office to perform administrative tasks.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced office environment with a focus on customer service and teamwork.
  • Work Schedule: Work 35 hours per week in a regular full-time schedule.
