Logistics Operations Manager

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational logistics of our organization, ensuring smooth operations, and driving productivity and quality improvements.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement operational plans to prioritize tasks and optimize workflows.
- Organize and coordinate activities with other work units or departments to achieve business objectives.
- Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including inventory management, transportation, and warehousing.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on operational performance and areas for improvement.
- Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff to improve their performance and productivity.
- 5-10 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage a team and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with staff, management, and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and changing priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
