Nestled within the prestigious Accor Hotels group, we are seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead our signature restaurant, Kō. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving revenue growth, and fostering a culture of excellence within our culinary operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Curate a superior guest experience through effective leadership, planning, and direction of all restaurant activities.
- Work in partnership with the Kō Executive Chef to execute the smooth and flawless operation of the front and back of house.
- Maintain guest satisfaction by monitoring, evaluating, and auditing food, beverage, and service offerings; initiating improvements and building relationships with preferred guests.
- Actively manage restaurant social media accounts and online reputation in partnership with the Executive Chef and Marketing/PR Manager.
- Establish restaurant business plan by surveying restaurant demand and preparing financial, marketing, and sales projections.
- Controls purchases and inventory by meeting with account managers; Accomplish restaurant and bar human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training colleagues.
- Four years work experience leading food & beverage operations.
- Experience in Silverware point of sale system is an asset.
- Experience monitoring company social media platforms is an asset.
- High School diploma or equivalent or vocational training.
- All Candidates must be in possession of identification proving authorization to work in the United States as defined in the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 (IRCA).
