Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Youth Program Facilitator to join our team at Easter Seals Ontario. As a key member of our program staff, you will be responsible for designing and facilitating a high-quality music and drama program that promotes inclusivity and accessibility for children and young adults with physical disabilities.

About the Role

This is a seasonal position that requires a minimum age of 18 years. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in music, drama, or adaptive programming is an asset, but not required. Standard First Aid/CPR certification is mandatory prior to the start of the camp season.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver engaging music and drama programs that cater to diverse needs and abilities.
  • Collaborate with other program staff to ensure seamless integration of activities and events.
  • Provide exceptional support to campers with physical disabilities, including assistance with daily living activities.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance knowledge and skills.
What We Offer

Easter Seals Ontario offers a competitive salary range of $50-$60 per day, plus meals and accommodation during the camping season. Onsite housing is provided for staff members, ensuring a convenient and supportive living environment.
