Job Description
This Leadership Position is responsible for overseeing sales and operations within a specific department at H&M Group. Key responsibilities include:

People Management
• Organize and distribute work among team members, setting priorities and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
• Manage recruitment, training, and development of staff, working closely with the Store Manager to ensure a high-performing team.
• Conduct supervisory responsibilities, including approving time-off requests, pay changes, and corrective actions, as well as making employment decisions.

Commerciality
• Maximize sales through joint operational and commercial focus, aiming to achieve the highest level of profitability within the department.
• Ensure team knowledge on product, campaign, promotion, display guidelines, and merchandise information to drive sales growth.
• Plan and coordinate visual displays, campaigns, and sales activities with the visual team to create an engaging customer experience.

Operations
• Effectively schedule staff according to business needs, adjusting hours as necessary to meet store and sales goals.
• Work with sales and cost plans, budgets, and other tools to inform business decisions, ensuring maximum profitability.
• Responsible for cash office operational functions and safety and security routines to prevent loss and ensure employee and customer safety.

Customer Service
• Maintain high-quality customer service by providing exceptional shopping experiences, role-modeling the 5 basic demands, and adhering to H&M's standards.

Qualifications and Skills
• High School graduate or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 2-3 years of retail management experience, including direct supervisory experience, or comparable management role experience.
• Ability to lift over 20 pounds, stand for long periods, and perform various physical tasks.
• Strong customer service, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to drive sales growth, creativity, and fashion knowledge.
• Open availability, including evenings and weekends, with minimal travel required.
