Xtreme Freight System Inc is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to implement new administrative procedures, review and evaluate existing ones, and delegate work to office support staff. The ideal candidate will have a college diploma and 1-2 years of experience in a similar role. Key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve office efficiency
  • Review and evaluate existing procedures to identify areas for improvement
  • Delegate work to office support staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including co-ordinating office services and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and oversee payroll administration
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
