Job Description

Nationwide Travel Ltd. is seeking an experienced Travel Operations Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time position that requires strong organizational and communication skills. As a Travel Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, establishing work schedules and procedures, and performing same duties as workers supervised.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Establish and maintain efficient work schedules and procedures.
  • Perform similar tasks as those performed by staff supervised.
  • Prepare and submit reports on a regular basis.
  • Resolve work-related problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work completed by staff.
  • Hire and train new staff members in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
  • Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
Working Conditions

This position requires working 40 hours per week in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate must be able to work effectively in a team setting and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Salary

The estimated salary range for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
